Contribution
A contribution, not a ticket.
Beyond their presence and pitches, most attendees will also contribute some amount toward the experience — helping to cover the cost of food, drink, photography, and a few thoughtful flourishes. For events with set costs, those actively participating as a pitcher or a nominee pay less.
