Pitch-A-Pal — The Oodi Edition

Interesting people pitching friends for friendship, conversation, chemistry, and social expansion. This is a small salon for socially curious adults who miss good introductions and interesting rooms. As this takes place at Oodi, children are welcome; they can pop in and out the reserved room, as they like. Participants will briefly present (“pitch”) a friend they think more people should know — whether as a potential friend, collaborator, conversation partner, creative co-conspirator, or simply a delightful human. Additionally, participants can optionally pitch for a new friend -- sharing what they're looking for and what they'd bring to that connection. Expect short presentations, informal conversation, light structure, smart people, and a relaxed but socially alive atmosphere. No networking. No speed dating. No performative LinkedIn energy. Just interesting people coming recommended. This experience is free to attend, but tips are welcome to help cover the cost of snacks. Light brunch options provided (more food and beverages are available for purchase on-site).
