Our Pilot Social Experience
Pitch-A-Pal — The Oodi Edition
Friends pitching friends for friendship, conversation, chemistry, and social expansion. This is a small pilot salon for socially curious adults who miss good introductions and interesting rooms. Participants will briefly present (“pitch”) a friend they think more people should know — whether as a potential friend, collaborator, conversation partner, creative co-conspirator, or simply a delightful human. Additionally, participants can optionally pitch for a new friend -- sharing what they're looking for and what they'd bring to that connection. Expect short presentations, smart people, conversational energy, light structure, and a relaxed but socially alive atmosphere. No networking. No speed dating. No performative LinkedIn energy. Just interesting people coming recommended. This pilot is free to attend, but tips are welcome to help cover the cost of snacks. Light brunch options provided (more available for purchase on-site).
